Services Description

Sell My Phone Colorado provides electronics purchasing services. We buy used phones, laptops, tablets, smartwatches, gaming consoles, cameras, and other electronics from individuals and businesses in the Denver, Colorado area.

Quotes and Pricing

  • All quotes provided are estimates based on the information you provide.
  • Final pricing is determined after in-person inspection of the device.
  • Quotes are valid for a limited time and may change based on market conditions.
  • We reserve the right to adjust or decline a quote if the device condition differs from what was described.

Device Requirements

Before selling your device to us, you must:

  • Be the legal owner of the device or have authorization to sell it
  • Remove all activation locks (Find My iPhone, Google FRP, etc.)
  • Ensure the device is not reported as lost or stolen
  • Back up and remove any personal data

Payment

Payment is made in cash at the time of transaction after the device has been inspected and the final price agreed upon. All sales are final once payment is made.

Prohibited Items

We do not purchase devices that are reported as lost or stolen, have active activation locks that cannot be removed, or are involved in any illegal activity.

Limitation of Liability

Sell My Phone Colorado is not liable for any data loss, personal information exposure, or any damages resulting from the sale of your device. It is your responsibility to back up your data and remove personal information before completing the sale.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
